Hi, I’m Ray, and fitness isn’t just my job—it’s my calling. For the past five years, I’ve been a personal trainer, igniting transformations in individuals just like you. I’m passionate about empowering you to unlock your full potential through a strategic approach that integrates strength training, cardio, and mindful movement. I believe fitness is the cornerstone of a vibrant, fulfilling life, and I’m dedicated to providing the knowledge, motivation, and personalized guidance you need to thrive. My experience spans various gyms, including Amped and Caltas, giving me a diverse understanding of training styles and client needs. Originally from Ohio, I spent 15 years in Atlanta before settling in beautiful Tampa, Florida. I’m deeply committed to empowering as many people as possible to achieve their fitness goals and experience the joy of a healthy, fulfilling life.
